CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

We work collaboratively with you to come up with a cost effective design and building solution for your unique project. We will give you an initial price estimate and can offer you design alternatives and additional cost-saving features.

CONTRACT, GUARANTEE AND PAPERWORK COMPLETED

Once the design meets your requirements we will prepare a detailed building contract for you.

BUILDING AND RESOURCE CONSENT

Dependent on local council rules, we will need to lodge both resource and building consent with the correct authorities once working drawings and plans are finalised.

BUILDING BEGINS

Once consent is granted – which takes approximately 20-25 working days – we start on site getting the ground ready for the foundation to be laid, as well as handling all in-ground services.

STRUCTURE + CLADDING

We will start erecting the framing/structure, installing the roofing, cladding, windows and doors, and all services.

FINISHING TOUCHES + INTERIOR FIT-OUT

Once the building is constructed and lined, we liaise with all finishing trades to ensure everything is ready for your new venture.

COUNCIL SIGN OFF

We supply all documentation to the council to achieve code of compliance, ensuring you can legally and safely trade on the premises.

THE BUILDING IS YOURS!

You can now move in and operate from your brand new Location Construction building.
